  • Bring back to profitability a European company facing the annual loss of 1.5mln $US for several years
     

METHOD

  • Restructure program has been put in place, implemented and executed by Adam Kapusta as a Senior Consultant

  • Portfolio of products has been reviewed and low performing ones had been terminated

  • New sales channels have been identified and successfully opened for new sales

  • Manufacturer's and other suppliers contracts had been re-negotiated bringing savings of 200$US per year

  • New (lower) commission rates were negotiated with national distributors in order to save costs of delivery and sales

  • 30% of the staff has been made redundant - fairly treated with farewell packages

  • New streams of revenues (new products & services) had been launched bringing 30% growth in overall profits

  • Individual Meetings with all staff of the company, including owners and senior management - initial feedback and assessments

  • Gathering information on the previous training at the company

  • Establishing training and development needs in short-term for the organization

  • Designing 6 month of intensive training and workshop plans for pre-defined groups of staff as well as for individuals

  • Introduction of the  on-the-job coaching and mentoring to selected senior managers

  • Launch of 2 monthly workshops and training sessions for period of 12 months from the start of the project

  • Training and Development Plan - enriched with coaching sessions and workshops for all members of the company's staff  leading to higher KPI (Key Performance Indicators) results of the team
